Order Processing
Orders will be processed within 5-7 business days after full payment is received. Due to COVID-19, DHL Global Shipping processing time may take up to 3 days. Tracking numbers will be updated as soon as they become available.
Products within the same order may be delivered from different operations centers or at different times depending on the availability of the item.
If the item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted by our customer service representative. You may choose to wait for a replacement or cancel your order.
About Import Taxes
Any shipment from our U.S. warehouse or European warehouse is tax free and customers do not have to deal with import duties.
Depending on your country's customs policy, any goods shipped from our China warehouse to your country may incur customs duties.
Shipping Methods and Transit Times
Upon shipment, you will receive a shipping email with a waybill number. You can usually track your package at the following location:https://www.17track.net
A. Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time
Processing time = the time between when your order was placed and when it was shipped
Shipping time = the time between when your order was shipped and when it was delivered to you
B. Processing Time
In this section, we require approximately 48 hours for you to perform quality control and arrange for proper shipping. Once the package is shipped, we will send you an email with shipping information.
C. Shipping Methods
We usually use DHL UPS FedEx USPS as courier. Shipping methods vary by shipping method/warehouse. Please see the following table for details:

Shipping time is estimated. Invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, COVID-2019, inclement weather, or other reasons will cause delivery times to be longer than expected.
