Recién adquirido mi primer láser de diodo. Un P1 S Pro 20W.
Pese a ser un modelo sencillo y enviado sin montar, los materiales utilizados en su construcción se sienten de calidad.
Ensamblado sin problemas siguiendo el manual habilitado en YouTube y el PDF.
Todavía no lo he utilizado, con lo que actualizaré reseña más adelante.
Escribo no obstante esta nota en este momento, para valorar muy positivamente a su equipo de atención al cliente y servicio técnico, dado que me han atendido con amabilidad, celeridad y eficacia, pese a las fechas en las que estamos.
Especial mención a Rolf, que con una paciencia infinita me ha ido solucionando todas mis dudas.
Al día siguiente de encargar un modelo de láser, solicité una modificación del pedido y en unas horas lo tenía solucionado.
Tras pasar una semana y observar que sólo se había enviado parte del material, contacté nuevamente con atención al cliente. Rápidamente revisaron la situación y me informaron de que, pese a que no se había actualizado el status, ya se había enviado todo, facilitándome tracking y refrescando info en la web.
Al día siguiente lo recibí, pero al sacar el material de la caja, noté un ligero sonido en la placa base, como su hubiera algo suelto en su interior que vibrara y finalmente se asentara.
Como novata total, desconocía si era normal o no y, por precaución, escribí nuevamente a atención al cliente, que amablemente me derivaron a su soporte técnico.
Tras facilitar un video con la incidencia detectada, me informaron de que ese sonido se debía a que la placa base tiene en su interior un giroscopio que contiene un rodamiento de bolas y que podía utilizarla tranquilamente.
Espero que esta info pueda ser útil, por si a alguien le surge la misma duda que a mí.

I'm new to laser engraving/wood at home although have purchased $1M + laser equipment in the metal fab industry. This equipment with the lightburn software is easy to use and produces some nice results so far in my learning curve. Pros: Easy to use, very well built, rugged construction with Lightburn easy to program
Cons: limited info about the 10W most reviews are for the 6W so misleading on capabilities. Needs more how to information for cutting and how to use air assist pressure setting etc. Compressed air fitting is difficult to set up to keep the airline or fitting from hitting the power supply. Having the inlet 180 degrees from where it is located would solve that. I did not see a way for me to easily change this. Had to replace the fitting provided with a shorter fitting and bend the airline to clear the power supply.
Overall a ver satisfied customer
