ACMER P3 IR＆Diode Enclosed Dual Laser Engraver

Acmer is THE BRAND! After trying many machine from OTHER brands for the past six months I was beginning to grow tiresome of the industry itself. Many have lots of advertising and actually good reviews. However you come to find that there is some misguidance after a purchase. (So I ask myself now after dealing with ACMER; are 90% of other companies reviewers being paid?! I'm thinking so.) ACMER is a breath of fresh air. From initial purchase to follow up after your product has arrived to its new home, ACMER has you covered. Their customer support is detail oriented, precise, helpful and kind. Every laser head includes a gradient example from the unit itself. The design of the P3 is very well thought out compared to many other brands. The belts, motors and boards are easily accessible for maintenance. The warranty is wonderful, 1 full year. And after your warranty unlike other brands as I mentioned previously the design and accessibility to the main components is brilliant. Every part is obtainable on their site. Who wants to have to send a whole machine in to replace a belt. I do not. I'd rather my machine be running versus flying through the air. To do this is a brilliant design with a lot of thought and intuition. The air assist is already built-in & is OUT OF YOUR WAY, unlike many others. It's not in any part of your workspace, bed or loading door. The P3 does professional quality work that should go for much more given it's design and precision. I've not found a better laser in it's class and already own two main laser heads, the 2-in-1 & the 24. I trust them so much because of this machine I'm actually willing to place their refurbished units in my shop. The straight-forward built-in focus "finger" is simple in design and ease of use & will NOT fail you like the Ai height detection built into many others machines. This machines main structure is all metal, maybe it is aluminum. That i do not know for sure but it is not plastic and very very sturdy. The workspace bed is much larger than others in its class also. I cannot say enough positive things about their units and their customer service. Don't be lured by all the hype of the others, becoming boxed in & quickly having the need to buy more units. With the ACMER P3 there is not much, if any, that you cannot do with its 3 interchangeable heads. I am a customer for life. Thanks ACMER for being honest, communicative and supporting!

I love this machine. It does so much and will be a great asset to our growing business. We have already made dog tags, coasters, jewelry and pens. Bag tags and ornaments are next on my list.

I had some lightburn issues with the machine on my first test after the installation was complete. I contacted a service representative and we were kind enough to walk me through the problem. Once it started working, the fun began! It met all my expectations and I had a blast using it from coasters to jewelry. It has been a great purchase so far.

After a month of steady use, I'm in love with this machine. I haven't had any issues with it and the engravings are very crisp and clean, both on the blue light setting and infrared. I've engraved slate coasters and it's been a lot of fun engraving and scoring on polished stainless steel, which looks very crisp and clean. The range of applications is really impressive and I think if you're serious about starting this hobby, this is the perfect machine to get started with. From the number of different materials you can use to the safety of the machine, it really can't be beat for the price. The weight of it lets you know this is definitely not made of cheap flimsy materials, it's very solid. All in all, I'm very happy with the P3, it's a perfect big guy and it's very powerful. So I would recommend it.

The ACMER P3 2IN1 allowed me to quickly start a small business/hobby company and produce products to sell in a week. I produced a batch of 1800 dog tags and it was a great source of new income and a great way to have fun and be creative. Thanks ACMER, I look forward to more projects!!
