I love the 33watt P2. The only thing stopping me from calling it a 5 star product is the inability to use the WiFi connection. If you need customer service be patient with the overseas communication, it takes a bit of time. Excellent product that cuts beautifully. I cut balsa for model rc planes, basswood, Baltic birch, cherry and mahogany wood. Nice clean cuts
